In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "399win", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 399win platform and all services available at 399win.org.
• "Platform" refers to the 399win website, any associated mobile applications, software, and all gaming and betting services made available to players.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the 399win platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the 399win platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a player on a sporting event, casino game, slot title, or any other wagering product offered on the 399win platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to a player's account that is subject to separate wagering or use conditions.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual PKR funds deposited by the player into their 399win account, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wagering amount that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process applied to all 399win accounts before withdrawal processing or upon request by 399win compliance.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player protection measures available on the 399win platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

To register and maintain an account on 399win, you must satisfy and continue to satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 399win enforces strict age verification for all registered accounts. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these terms.
• You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment and are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from 399win or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or by operator action.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, and you bear sole responsibility for verifying your local legal position.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 399win or any of its affiliated technology, payment, or gaming providers.

399win reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Documents that may be requested include government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player may register only one (1) account on the 399win platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited and will be closed. Winnings accrued on duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full.

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs within your 399win account. This responsibility encompasses all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent from your account, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by another individual who accessed your account with or without your knowledge.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 399win will not be liable for any losses, disputes, or account compromise arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 399win immediately by contacting our support team. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary account freeze pending investigation.

Account information, including registered name, date of birth, and national identity details, cannot be amended after account verification is complete except through a formal identity correction process requiring documentary evidence. Players must ensure that all registration information provided to 399win is accurate and complete.

All 399win account transactions are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer.

Deposits are credited to your 399win account in real time or within a maximum of thirty (30) minutes subject to the confirmation timelines of your chosen payment provider. 399win does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies as published in the 399win cashier at the time of the request.
• All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise authorised by 399win compliance.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not yet completed identity verification will be required to do so before funds are released.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other bank transfer methods are processed within one (1) business day of approval.
• 399win reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.

399win operates a strict policy of returning funds only to verified payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

All sports bets placed on the 399win platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the 399win help centre. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. 399win reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where an obvious pricing error has occurred (palpable error), including but not limited to odds that are manifestly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of placement.
• Where the event to which a bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not proceed as scheduled, subject to sport-specific settlement rules.
• Where 399win has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• Where a bet has been placed in breach of these terms, including by a player who is ineligible to bet on the 399win platform.

All casino, slot, and live dealer games on the 399win platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available within each game's information panel. 399win does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's screen and the result recorded on 399win's servers, the server-side record shall be considered the definitive and authoritative result. Technical malfunctions during game play void all affected rounds; any stakes involved will be returned to the player's account balance.

399win offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

General bonus rules applicable to all 399win promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and age verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real money funds in the player's account balance. Real money funds are used and depleted before bonus funds, unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds that have not been wagered in accordance with the stated requirements within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically.
• 399win reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice and to refuse a bonus claim where the player has not complied with eligibility criteria.

399win's promotional calendar includes Ramadan, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and PSL season promotions specifically designed for Pakistani players. All Ramadan-period promotions are reviewed to ensure cultural sensitivity and appropriateness. Promotional content during religious periods is tasteful and respectful of Pakistani cultural norms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 399win platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, impersonating another person, using fraudulent payment methods, or submitting falsified identity documentation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to poker collusion or coordinated live casino play.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the 399win platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or bypasses normal platform access controls.
• Match-Fixing Participation: Placing any wager with knowledge of, or involvement in, the manipulation of the outcome of any sporting event. 399win cooperates with sports governing bodies and law enforcement in investigations involving match integrity.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Placing bets specifically designed to exploit pricing discrepancies between 399win and other platforms in a systematic manner that constitutes abuse of the platform rather than normal player activity.
• Money Laundering: Using the 399win platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 399win is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to competent authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in respect of genuine transactions completed on the 399win platform.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 399win systems, other players' accounts, or any area of the platform not intended for general access.

All content on the 399win platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 399win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 399win platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any 399win content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the 399win software or platform infrastructure.
• Framing or mirroring any 399win content on another website or application.
• Using any 399win trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written consent.

399win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 399win is used for the following primary purposes: account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications.

399win does not sell personal data to third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits 399win's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The 399win platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds data, or the fitness of any game or service for a particular purpose beyond what is required under applicable consumer protection legislation.

399win is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be regarded as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or recovering prior losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 399win players via Account Settings immediately after 399win login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 399win account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Any verified real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination by 399win: 399win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• 399win is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory authority, or court order.
• Continued operation of the account creates unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Where an account is terminated by 399win for cause (i.e., breach of these terms), any balance consisting of bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real money deposits that are not subject to any ongoing investigation may be returned at 399win's discretion following a review period.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 399win holds its international gaming licence. By registering an account on the 399win platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.

Players based in Pakistan acknowledge that it is their personal responsibility to verify that accessing online gaming services is lawful in their particular location. 399win makes no representation regarding the legality of its services under local Pakistani law and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform in breach of applicable local regulations.
